About Maple Leaf Square Condos

The complex opened in 2010 beside the arena, combining the two residential towers with a hotel, office space, retail and the public square that gives it its name. KPMB Architects designed it with Page + Steele as architect of record, and PCL Construction built it.

Living here means living next to the Leafs and Raptors. On game nights the square fills with fans watching on the big screen, which some residents love and others tolerate. Union Station, the PATH and the waterfront are all a short walk away.
