About Pinnacle One Yonge

The project at 1 Yonge Street is a six-building development, three of them residential, on the former Toronto Star site. The first tower, The Prestige, reached 65 storeys and was completed in 2022.

The SkyTower is the tallest of the group. Pinnacle's own listing calls it 105 storeys, trade press reports a 106-storey top-out, and Wikipedia says it reached its top floor in March 2026. It is still under construction, so this page describes the complex, not a finished tower.

Because two separate Google listings exist, with 6 reviews for The Prestige and 38 for the SkyTower, the rating shown here is the SkyTower listing and is partly about the sales and construction experience rather than daily living.

Unit counts disagree widely (one source lists 496 units for The Prestige, another about 1,600 for the whole project, another over 2,200 suites across the three residential towers), so none is shown. SkyTower height is 105 storeys on Pinnacle's Google listing, 106 in a RENX trade report. Wikipedia describes six skyscrapers in total; earlier approvals listed 65, 92 and 105 storeys.
