About Shangri-La Toronto

The tower stands about 214.57 metres tall on University Avenue near Queen Street, opposite the Four Seasons and steps from the Financial District and the Entertainment District. Westbank Projects Corp. developed it and James K. M. Cheng designed it.

The hotel occupies the lower floors. One residence profile places the condominium suites on floors 18 to 49 and a group of private estates on floors 50 to 66.

Suite counts conflict. Some sources give about 572 units for the whole project, while others give 392 or 393 for the residences alone, which probably excludes the hotel rooms.

Storeys are 66 in most sources and 65 (plus 8 below ground) on Wikipedia. Units are about 572 for the project in one construction-industry report and 392 or 393 for the residences elsewhere; a listing site's 360 appears to be an outlier.
