Artist Tamar Frank's 130-metre light installation runs up the tower; in 2011 neighbours pushed the developer to switch it off after 10 p.m., and the Vancouver Sun covered its restoration in 2019. The building is one of the Coal Harbour towers with air conditioning.
It is a block from the Coal Harbour seawall and marina, with Stanley Park and Denman Street a short walk west.
