About Arris
Arris East, the rental tower, opened first; the Calgary Municipal Land Corporation reported in June 2021 that construction of the second, condo tower was about to begin. Residents can reach the grocery store, liquor store and other shops in the podium without going outside.
Amenities include a large gym, a four-season indoor pool, a rooftop lounge, a patio and dog park, and 24/7 security.
Storey counts for the condo tower vary between 40, 41 and 42 across sources; 41 is the most common. Completion in 2024 is based on 2024 marketing that described the tower as brand new; a January 2023 CBC report still listed it as under construction.
