About Park Point
The tower sits across 12 Avenue SW from Central Memorial Park, one of Calgary's oldest parks, and a short walk from 17th Avenue and the downtown core. Qualex-Landmark's 2015 launch materials describe one- and two-bedroom suites from 502 to 1,092 sq ft and eight two-storey townhomes.
It was the developer's sixth Beltline condo, following Aria, Mark on 10th, Calla, Luna and Stella, according to the Calgary Herald.
The 2018 completion is based on Calgary Herald and Reddit posts from that year describing the building as newly opened. Qualex's 2015 launch materials listed 277 condos plus eight townhomes; later sources give 289 suites in total.
