The development sits on the riverbank at the foot of the Peace Bridge, facing Prince's Island Park. A 2014 Calgary Herald report described a 14-storey west tower with 105 suites and a $13-million penthouse plan; a 2017 CREB report mentions a 17-storey east tower.
Residents get 24-hour concierge and security, an owners' lounge, a fitness facility and yoga studio, a pool, hot tub and sauna, a private theatre, a car wash and a water garden that becomes a skating rink in winter.
Sources describe two phases, a 14-storey west tower with 105 suites (Calgary Herald, 2014) and a 17-storey east tower (CREB, 2017), but CondoPromo lists a single completed 17-storey building with 99 suites and Best Calgary Homes lists 186 suites.
