About One Bloor
At 257 metres to the roof, One Bloor was among the tallest residential towers in Canada when it was completed, and its rippling curved balconies make it one of the most recognisable buildings on the Yonge Street skyline. The tower holds 732 suites above a multi-level retail podium facing both Yonge and Bloor.
Construction ran from August 2011 to December 2017, with the tower topping out in September 2015. Great Gulf developed it, Hariri Pontarini Architects designed it and Tucker Hi-Rise Construction built it.
It is a different building from One Bloor West, the 85-storey supertall rising across Yonge Street on the northwest corner. That project, originally marketed as The One, is still under construction.
