One Bloor West, originally marketed as The One, is the 85-storey supertall under construction on the northwest corner of Yonge and Bloor. At 308.6 metres it is Canada's first supertall, designed by Foster + Partners with Core Architects. It topped out in late 2025 with completion estimated for 2028. Tridel took over as developer in May 2025, and news reports later that year said almost all existing purchase agreements were cancelled after a court ruling.

About One Bloor West
The tower combines condominium residences, retail and a hotel on one of the most prominent corners in the country. Groundbreaking was on August 23, 2017, and the project's cost is put at about $2 billion.
It also became Toronto's best-known condo saga. Reporting in 2024 described The One as mismanaged and troubled almost from the start.
