88 Scott rises 58 storeys, topping out at about 204 metres, on the northwest corner of Wellington and Scott streets in the St. Lawrence area, between the Financial District and the St. Lawrence Market. Page + Steele with IBI Group Architects designed it, and Concert Properties developed it on the site of a seven-storey office building whose facade was kept at the base.
The tower holds 525 condominium suites and was reported as LEED Gold. It faces Berczy Park, so the neighbourhood is a mix of office towers, the market district and the east side of the downtown core.
It is a different address from the many other 88-numbered buildings people confuse it with, such as 88 Harbour and 88 Queen. The Google listing for this building is the one at 88 Scott St with M5E 0A9.
