About Aqualuna
Aqualuna is the fourth and final phase of the Bayside Toronto community on the East Bayfront. 3XN designed two stepped volumes of 17 and 18 storeys, with large terraces facing Lake Ontario, and UrbanToronto's project data lists a height of 61.87 metres for the taller volume.
Construction ran well behind the first announced dates. Earlier marketing material targeted occupancy in 2023 or 2024, Tridel's own September 2025 update said nearly all occupancy permits had been issued, and a November 2025 BlogTO piece described residents already living in the building.
The Google listing is at 155 Merchants' Wharf, the address Tridel uses for the building, while many listing sites use 263 Queens Quay East.
Storeys are 17 and 18 in UrbanToronto's later coverage (earlier sources say 16 to 19). Unit count is 243 in UrbanToronto, 225 on one listing site. Completion is inferred from Tridel's September 2025 permit update and the November 2025 BlogTO article, not an official completion notice.
