The building faces the Lachine Canal a short walk from Charlevoix métro station. The Montreal Gazette reported in February 2015 that the groundbreaking took place in May 2013 and delivery was due by August 2015.

Sources disagree on size and dates: Rent it Furnished lists 6 storeys and 145 units but also says the development was completed in 2018 with 131 units, and Guide Immo describes an eight-storey building.
