About YUL
The towers stand near the Bell Centre and E-Commerce Place, with townhouses lining Overdale Avenue behind them. Kheng Ly's Brivia Group developed the project, designed by MSDL with Stefano Domenici.
Brivia lists an indoor pool with sauna and spa, a private open-air garden with a hot tub, a sky lounge, a gym, event rooms, a wine cellar and an outdoor terrace with barbecues. Brivia says the sky lounge is on the 38th floor of the first tower, and building.ca describes a 23,000 sq ft private garden.
Wikipedia gives 2017 for the first tower only; we could not confirm the second tower's completion year, though a dated April 2020 photo shows both towers built. Apartments.com lists 800 units for Phase 1 alone, which does not match Wikipedia's 873 for both towers.
