L'Avenue is the 50-storey, 184 m mixed-use tower across from the Bell Centre, with condos above hotel and office floors. When it was completed it was the tallest residential tower in Canada east of Toronto. Residents rate it 4.6 out of 5 on Google from 54 reviews, one of the highest ratings among Montreal's big towers.

About L'Avenue
The tower stands on Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal between De la Montagne and Drummond streets. Wikipedia says the tower has 350 condos, with hotel and office space on the lower floors; WeWork occupies four floors with a coworking space.
Rent it Furnished describes a dedicated amenity floor with a fitness centre, a lounge and a pool. Wikipedia says the tower became the tallest residential building in Canada east of Toronto when it was completed; Maestria and 1 Square Phillips have since risen higher.
Wikipedia counts 350 condos; Apartments.com and Rent it Furnished list 300 units. Wikipedia and Google give 2020 as the completion year, but Apartments.com lists 2017 and a Wikimedia Commons photo dated March 2017 shows the tower nearly complete, so we use 2017. NCK, the structural engineer, describes more than 51 storeys.
