Béïque Legault Thuot designed the complex, and Wikipedia names Metropolitan Parking Inc. as its promoter. The west tower is 146 m tall; the 27-storey east tower is 107 m and mixes office space with rental units.
Guide Immo says the eighth floor is given over to shared amenities: a saltwater pool, a training room, a sauna, a hot tub and a terrace. SkyriseCities reported a rooftop terrace with a tennis court. The Montreal Gazette described units with hardwood floors, nine-foot ceilings and Poggenpohl kitchens.
