Le Cartier is the 32-storey rental apartment tower at Peel and Sherbrooke streets, the tallest apartment building in Canada when it opened in 1964. About Le Cartier

Menkès & Webb designed the steel-framed International Style tower for ACI Property Corporation. It was planned as the Peelbrooke Tower and renamed during construction. It has four basement levels, four elevators and 188 units.

The Benvenuto Group bought the building in December 2020. Its Google listing says 18 months of renovations redesigned every apartment, and lists a rooftop pool, a fitness studio on the 30th floor, a rooftop terrace, 24/7 concierge, valet indoor parking, two guest suites and a refrigerated room for grocery deliveries.

Wikipedia's infobox gives 35 floors, while its text says 32 storeys above ground plus four basement levels. Apartments.com lists 186 units, 30 storeys and 1965; Wikipedia gives 188 units and 1964.
