About TOM Condos
The tower sits on Union Avenue between René-Lévesque Boulevard and Cathcart Street, next to Altitude Montréal. Wikipedia notes that part of the building occupies the site of the 1972 Blue Bird Café fire. Construction started in June 2014.
TOM's features page lists a gym and aerobic studio, a sauna, an indoor pool, a party room with a kitchen, and a rooftop terrace and lounge on the 41st floor. Many units are rented; Apartments.com lists rentals in the building.
Wikipedia gives the address as 1200 Union Avenue; Google uses 1188 Avenue Union. Guide Immo's TOM condos page describes more than 200 units on 20 storeys and says the project is under creditor protection (CCAA); that does not match the completed 40-storey tower and may refer to a different phase, which we could not confirm.
