About Humaniti
Construction began in 2017, backed by Cogir Real Estate and the Fonds de solidarité FTQ, and the hotel opened in June 2021. Wikipedia describes the building as a vertical village: shops and offices at the base, a 193-room hotel, and rental and condo units above.
Humaniti's Google listing describes 314 rental condos with hotel services. Guide Immo places them between the 3rd and 25th floors, as studios and one- and two-bedroom units, and Apartments.com lists units from 391 to 829 sq ft starting at $1,744 a month.
The listing mentions a coworking space with Wi-Fi, a restaurant in the building, paid housekeeping and shared Tesla cars. Google reviews most often mention the gym, noise and the pool.
Unit counts vary by source and date: RENX (2016) described 335 rental units and 140 condos, the Montreal Gazette (2018) 315 apartments and 160 condos, Wikipedia 300 rentals and 150 condos, and the Google listing 314 rental condos.
