About Maestria
Devimco Immobilier broke ground on September 26, 2019, and Lemay designed both the architecture and interiors. Wikipedia gives Tour B, at 61 storeys, a height of 200 m and Tour A, at 58 storeys, 184.7 m. A skybridge links them at the 26th and 27th floors.
The towers overlook Place des Festivals, the main outdoor stage of the Quartier des Spectacles, a short walk from Place des Arts. The complex mixes condos for sale with rental units marketed as Maestria Apartments.
