About Laurent & Clark
The project fronts onto the Parterre, a park that doubles as an outdoor performance venue during Montreal's festival season, according to Canadian Architect. MSDL designed it for developer Rachel Julien, which broke ground on the first phase in 2017.
Guide Immo describes studios to three-bedroom units from 289 to 2,564 sq ft, including two-level penthouses. Listings describe 24/7 security, a gym, a rooftop outdoor pool, a panoramic terrace, a sauna and a meeting room, and the Montreal Gazette reported a spa and steam room in the plans.
Guide Immo lists 344 units; MSDL describes 360. The first phase was planned for 2019 and the second for 2022 to 2023; Canadian Architect called the building recently completed in April 2024, so 2023 is an approximate completion year. An early press release described 159 condos over 21 floors for phase 1 alone.
