About 1 Square Phillips
The tower rises behind Phillips Square, a short walk from McGill station and the underground city. Brivia's project page describes a 12,000 sq ft health and wellness area with a gym, pool, sauna and yoga room, and a 6,000 sq ft sky lounge on the 50th floor.
The rental floors are marketed at 1squarephillips.ca, with studios from $1,600, one-bedrooms from $2,040 and two-bedrooms from $2,750 a month. Cogir describes all-inclusive rentals covering heating, air conditioning, electricity, hot water and Wi-Fi.
Sources describe the rental portion differently: Plan A says floors 22 to 61 with more than 400 rental condos, while Magil Construction describes 20 floors of rental housing. A Commons caption gives 498 units for the first tower, which we could not confirm from the developer. The completion year is approximate: a lease transfer was posted in 2025 while photos from January 2025 still show construction.
