About Tour des Canadiens
The first tower stands at Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal and De la Montagne Street, with nine floors of parking and a large sports bar on the ground floor. Wikipedia says it was 100% sold by February 2013, before construction began that July.
Tower 1 amenities include an outdoor pool with a terrace and barbecues, dry and wet saunas, and a games room with a pool table and hockey foosball tables, according to a downtown broker's review. Accès International says Tour des Canadiens 2 has a SkyLounge exclusive to owners.
Wikipedia counts 552 condos in Tower 1; Canderel's project page says 555. Rent it Furnished and CondoPromo describe Tour des Canadiens 3 as 55 storeys. Google also shows a second, permanently closed listing for 1288 Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal, which is not used here.
