True North Sports + Entertainment built the tower as part of the True North Square development beside Canada Life Centre, with Perkins and Will as architect. The amenity floor is on 25: a rooftop resident lounge with an entertaining kitchen, a media room and a fitness facility that is open around the clock, plus concierge and 24/7 on-site security downstairs.
The building connects straight into the True North Square plaza and the Hargrave St. Market food hall, and from there into the skywalk system.
