The tower is set back from Roslyn Road on landscaped grounds by the river, with a modernised exterior, three elevators, barrier-free access and a security entrance with video surveillance. One-bedroom suites come with a full and a half bath; two-bedrooms have two full baths and washer-dryer hookups. Kitchens have been redone with quartz or granite counters and stainless appliances, and suites have floor-to-ceiling windows and central air conditioning.
